Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
- Only exchange requests are accepted for eligible products.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refund Process
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or videos as evidence.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, return shipping charges may be fully covered by us.
